i philo sophie on Fimo 3.D

i am pleased to share with ya'll my first 3D sophie doll made with FIMO. previously I shared my sculpting abilities with pictures of play-dough chums i created while attending a work training workshop. since then i have been hosting the intention of bringing my doodle doll to life, but because of my limited "free-time" the idea was placed on the later-wits box. not until last week, the end of te spring semester, did i recoup some of my time. time to visit the wonderful world of Joan's fabric's :) to collect all that was needed for what shows in the pictures above.

born alone?

somehow roaming on earth seems much more appealing by myself than to have others keep up with my pace or vice-versa. independence has always been my motive for success. self-efficiency is my motto, which explains why helping others help themselves is the only way i help, rather than doing "favors" (which most the time means doing it all). i take it upon myself to lead people around by example, to inspire everyone to take tomorrow upon themselves today.

shooting as catastrophunk

so the idea was to have my good friend, Mike Melendez, capture myself as catastrophunk.

& who exactly is catastrophunk?! well, a PHUNK, daring, fun... & pizazz artist

(in my opinion he nailed it!)

the wardrobe I chose to wear:
neon green slouchy top (urban outfitters)
forest green vintage high-waisted balloon skirt (a gift from indieQueenVintage stores.ebay.com/IQVintage)
tan peep toe with bow patent slingback pumps (by Paolo)

the location:
Miami's Dadeland station's parking garage :)
